Welcome to Rutgers SHE

Rutgers SHE is the Rutgers University student chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), originally created in 1984.
Our motto, "Recruit, Retain, and Graduate" is our primary focus.
We seek to foster both academic and professional education to further individuals of any denomination in all fields of study.

Shadow Program

Shadow Program is a 2-night , 3-day event where students are hosted on campus for free! We, the Society of Hispanic Engineers, have prepared workshops for the students and a Parents Financial aid workshop! The event falls on Thursday, April 2nd, to Saturday, April 4th. The parent Financial Aid Workshop will be on April 2nd.

The deadline for applications has been extended to Wednesday March 18th .
